Creating and spreading new happiness among Sei-katsu-sha and society by finding solutions to the constantly changing challenges facing Sei-katsu-sha and society and providing them with new value.

This is the Hakuhodo DY Group’s philosophy on sustainability.
Drawing on the creativity demonstrated by each of our employees, and the power of our teams that energetically help each other, we continue the challenge of finding solutions to the social issues outlined in the SDGs.

The goal of the Group's Sei-katsu-sha Insight policy is to realize a society in which Sei-katsu-sha can flourish and live active lifestyles of their choosing.
We believe that this accords with the promise of the SDGs to “Leave No One Behind.”

Our other Group policy is Partnership. This means mutually looking at, talking to, and acting on the business of our clients and the media together.
You could call it the conviction that our partners' success is our own success.
We believe that the spirit of Partnership that has taken root among our employees will also serve as a solid driving force for the SDGs.

About Partnership and Sei-katsu-sha Insight

In the Hakuhodo DY Group’s SDGs Initiatives, we introduce ongoing Group projects in which Sei-katsu-sha who wish for the happiness of people and society gather, and distill their creativity, diverse visions, knowledge and skills, and apply them toward the realization of the SDGs.

The three themes of these initiative this year are: (1) Spreading Awareness of the SDGs, which is undertaken with various stakeholders, including UN-related organizations, academia, companies, ministries, local authorities, NPOs, NGOs, and civil society; (2) The SDGs Through Our Business Activities, through which we aim to achieve the social implementation of the SDGs through collaboration with various stakeholders, leveraging strengths of the Group that have been cultivated through our business activities; and (3) The SDGs for Us as a Company, which involves us fulfilling our responsibilities to Sei-katsu-sha and society by faithfully fulfilling the responsibilities required of us as a company.

The SDGs are goals that create happiness for people and the planet.

Our desire to change the future in a multitude of ways and to provide the impetus to see plans through continues. Let’s work together to create new happiness!
