Hakuhodo DY Group releases Integrated Report 2018

Hakuhodo DY Holdings has released Integrated Report 2018 on its website.

The Hakuhodo DY Group believes that to realize sustainable growth and continuous improvement in its corporate value, along with profit growth, efforts to tackle social challenges through its business are crucial. Until now, our Annual Report has focused on reporting management strategy, our business activities and financial information. However, we believe that it is desirable to also report non-financial information, such as the initiatives we undertake for society and the environment that are essential to expressing our Group's value creation. Therefore, to deepen understanding of the Group, from this year we will also highlight the Group's sustainability policies and environmental, social and governance initiatives through our new Integrated Report.

Integrated Report 2018 comprises five sections: Who We Are, Management Strategy, Sustainability / Management, Fact Sheets, and Financial Review.

Who We Are: Creating New Value for Sei-katsu-sha and Society as a Whole (pp 2-3)

Who We Are: Expanding the Business Scale and Domains of the Hakuhodo DY Group (pp 4-5)

Management Strategy: Medium-Term Business Plan (pp 14-15)

Sustainability / Management: The Growth of Each Employee Leads to Corporate Growth (28-29)
